How long are shipping times due to COVID-19 & the ongoing protests?

Shipping for US orders will take 7-25+days - Due to high volume of orders and COVID-19  Until further notice, please check our Update Page in the main menu or under quick links we will continuously update it every week!  

For international orders, It depends on the location! Our average delivery time for international orders are 8-28+ days (It could be more or less depending on how your country is handling the COVID-19 pandemic)

 

Where is my order? How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

This is a question we frequently get asked to we put together a shipping guide here and you can track your order here.

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your Country. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.

 

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

 

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

 

Customs charges

All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually, a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

 

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

Something is missing from the order

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at info@omgshopzone.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

 

Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

Cancellations
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
